Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services and products available at procrafsoft.com ("Site"). By placing an order or accessing our offerings, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We offer tailored business software development services, including custom solutions, consulting, and support. Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in separate agreements.

2. Information Products

We provide digital content such as e-courses, guides, and templates (collectively, "Info Products"). Access is granted upon completion of all required fees.

3. Goods

We may offer physical items like branded materials. All goods are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

4. Fees and Billing

Fees for Services, Info Products, and Goods are as described on the Site or in individual agreements. All fees are due in full at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a rescheduling of service up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via Contact Us. If a service engagement has been initiated or deliverables have been provided, it is non-refundable. For canceled projects where work has not commenced, we will reimburse fees through the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation.

5.2 Information Products

We offer a 7-day refund window for Info Products, starting from the access date. To request a refund, contact us via Contact Us with your order details. Upon approval, we will reverse the charges through the original payment method within 10 days. After the 7-day period, all sales are final.

5.3 Goods

Goods may berecovered within 30 days of delivery.recoverys must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days.recovery shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and deliverables are owned by ProcessCraft Software or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ProcessCraft Software be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service or product at issue.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
